Be able to maintain the temperature you choose for as long as you want and the automatic timer after taking the kettle off the base are the best functions. However I missed a memory to choose a usual temperature as soon as the kettle turns on. Every time you turn on it is in 100 °C and you need to switch to the temperature you want.
